Terms and conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

This website and the workshops sold through it are operated by SEE WITH YOUR HEART SRL, trading as Andrea Varadi Goia.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the cancellation and refund policy and the privacy policy.

2. What is being sold

We sell places at live, in-person personal development workshops held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Two workshops are currently offered:

  • See With Your Heart — a three-day workshop facilitated by Andrea Varadi Goia.
  • Conscious Relationships — a two-day workshop facilitated by Andrea Varadi Goia together with Remus Ranca.

What you buy is a personal place for a named attendee at a specific edition of a workshop. The exact dates and venue are announced by email before the event.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) and are the final amount charged. The organiser is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete payment.

  • See With Your Heart — 1.500 lei; 750 lei for past attendees and students.
  • Conscious Relationships — 1.300 lei early bird, 1.600 lei full price, 2.200 lei for couples.

Reduced rates are conditional. The past-attendee rate requires a valid access code and prior attendance. The couple's rate covers two named attendees and cannot be combined with the early bird rate.

4. How an order is formed

  1. You choose a rate and complete the booking form with the attendee and billing details.
  2. You are redirected to NETOPIA Payments to pay by card.
  3. Your booking is confirmed only when we receive confirmation of payment from NETOPIA and send you a confirmation email.

Until that confirmation email is sent, no contract exists. If payment fails or is declined, no place is reserved. We may decline or refund an order where the reduced-rate conditions are not met, where the edition is full, or where the details supplied are evidently incorrect.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed by NETOPIA Payments. Card details are entered on NETOPIA's own secure page and are never received, processed or stored by this website. We receive only the outcome of the transaction and the billing details you entered on our form.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Because a workshop is a leisure-related service provided on a specific date, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under OUG 34/2014 does not apply. Our own cancellation and transfer terms apply instead and are set out in full in the cancellation and refund policy.

7. What is expected of you

  • Attend as the named participant. Places may be transferred to another person only with our written agreement.
  • Treat other participants and what they share with confidence and respect.
  • Follow reasonable instructions from the facilitators and the venue.

We may ask a participant to leave, without refund, for behaviour that endangers or seriously disrupts other participants.

8. Nature of the workshops

The workshops are educational and personal development experiences. They are not medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for professional care. If you are under treatment for a physical or mental health condition, please consult your practitioner before enrolling. Participation is voluntary and you remain responsible for your own wellbeing and choices during and after the workshop. No specific outcome or result is promised.

9. Changes and cancellation by the organiser

We may change the venue, timetable or facilitators where necessary, and will tell you as soon as we can. If we cancel an edition outright, or reschedule it to a date you cannot attend, you may choose a full refund or a place at a later edition. Our liability in that case is limited to the amount you paid.

10. Intellectual property

All materials, exercises, texts and images used on this site and during the workshops belong to the organiser and may not be recorded, copied, reproduced or taught commercially without written permission.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please write to andrea@andreavaradigoia.com first — most things are resolved quickly. You may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection at anpc.ro, or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure described at ANPC SAL.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall to the competent courts in Romania. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
